Welcome to My Father's House International Christian Discipleship Center, where faith, fellowship, and growth converge. Join us in creating a compassionate and connected community.
Orchard Transition Discipleship Outreach is a pastoral, discipleship-centered offering by My Father’s House ICDC for individuals in the Green Valley Ranch area seeking continued spiritual growth following the closure of Orchard’s satellite gathering. This outreach is not a replacement or recruitment effort, but a respectful opportunity for Scripture, prayer, discussion, and fellowship during a season of transition.

Before we measure the House, we must acknowledge the Government of Heaven.
You didn’t fail. You were never recalibrated.
For years, leaders have been trained to manage crowds instead of mature disciples. They were taught to maintain systems instead of measure fruit. They learned to survive culture instead of govern it.
This is not inspirational. It is diagnostic.
It is the Apostolic Plumbline dropped into a structure that is full but not fruitful—busy but not advancing.
THE DEPLOYED INTEL:
Inside, you will confront the precise architectural deviations quietely sabotaging your jurisdiction:
Immaturity Thrives: Why modern ministry environments cannot produce mature stature.
Sabotage by Ratio: How unbiblical structures quietly neutralize discipleship.
Gift vs. Government: The critical, overlooked distinction between individual gifting and governmental office.
The Pattern Conflict: Why Jesus’ model still works—and ours doesn’t.
APOSTOLIC DECREE:
If you are carrying weight, responsibility, and frustration you were never taught to interpret, this Scroll will put language to what you already know is wrong.
This is not for spectators.
This is for leaders who are ready to be measured.
A brief tool to identify calling patterns, burden for the Church, and Five-Fold tendencies
(Ephesians 4:11; 2 Corinthians 11:28).
This assessment does not assign an office or title—results reflect direction, not confirmation.

Welcome home.
My Father’s House is an apostolic, full-gospel ministry led by Leslie and Lily Richardson, established to equip believers for alignment, maturity, and Kingdom function. We exist to develop the whole believer—spiritually, mentally, physically, and economically—so that every member can walk confidently in their God-given assignment.
At the core of our discipleship culture is Apostolic Recalibration (AR)—a structured equipping and alignment process designed to help believers realign with biblical order, spiritual authority, and Five-Fold function. AR is not a class you attend casually; it is a covenantal pathway for those who desire growth, accountability, and Kingdom effectiveness.
Our Commitment
We are devoted to training and activating believers within the Five-Fold Ministry—Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers—so that the Body of Christ can operate in fullness, unity, and maturity. Our gatherings emphasize discipleship, spiritual formation, and family connection, because ministry is not merely a place you visit—it is a life you steward.

Open To All
This inaugural Apostolic Recalibration gathering marks the opening of a deliberate season of instruction, alignment, and sober activation for leaders who recognize that calling without order eventually fractures, and zeal without structure exhausts.
This is not an event for observation, but for submission to process—for those willing to be examined, aligned, and repositioned according to Christ’s original design for leadership and governance.
Because this session establishes the foundation for what follows, registration is required.
Leaders are encouraged to register early, not out of urgency, but out of stewardship—so preparation, oversight, and care can be rightly administered.
Growth matters.
Calling matters.
Alignment matters.
Welcome—not to hype or movement—but to order, accountability, and Kingdom purpose restored.
